Respect All Players:
Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, and abusive language will not be tolerated. If someone is bothering you, report them and move on. Do not retaliate.
Follow Staff Instructions:
Our staff is here to help. If they ask you to stop doing something, please comply. If you feel a staff member is acting unfairly, report it through the official channels on our Discord.
Report Rule Breakers:
Help us keep SurvivalCage a safe place by reporting any rule violations via /report in-game or through our Discord.
Report Bugs:
Found a bug or exploit? Report it immediately. Your vigilance helps us improve the server for everyone.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for your account. Do not share your personal or account information with anyone. All actions taken on your account are your responsibility.
No Griefing:
Respect other players’ builds and claims. Destroying or stealing from others’ properties is prohibited, except in the Resource World where claims are disabled.
Keep It Clean:
Avoid harassment, racism, excessive swearing, and hate speech. Inappropriate usernames, skins, builds, and item names are not allowed.
Respect the World:
Do not create eyesores or cause mass destruction outside the Resource World. Lava casting, cobble monsters, and mass terrain destruction are banned.
Claim Management:
Do not build or claim within 100 blocks of another player's claim without permission. Report any claim violations promptly.
No Spamming or Advertising:
Avoid excessive use of caps, repeated messages, and advertising non-SurvivalCage content. Keep global chat in English to help staff moderate effectively.
Sensitive Topics:
Refrain from discussing self-harm, politics, drug use, or other sensitive topics in public chats.
No Cheating:
Hacks, X-ray, botting, and other unfair advantages are strictly prohibited. Allowed mods include Fullbright, Optifine, and performance enhancers. For a full list of approved mods, visit our Discord.
No Automation:
Automated playing using bots or macros is banned. AFK farms are allowed, but auto-clickers and key weights are not.
Consensual PvP Only:
PvP must be agreed upon by both parties. Baiting or tricking players into PvP zones is not allowed. Entering clearly marked PvP areas implies consent to PvP.
Claim Management:
Claims inactive for over 2 weeks may be removed. Respect others' claims and do not trespass. Ensure your claim includes buffer space for future expansions.
Territory Interference:
Do not intentionally interfere with another player's claim. This includes griefing or building barriers around claims.
Fair Trading Practices:
Scamming is not allowed. Ensure all trades are clear and agreed upon. Pay others for their goods and services as promised.
Shop Management:
Do not use alts to manipulate shop ratings. Advertise responsibly and avoid spamming trade advertisements.
Alt Accounts:
You may use one alt account, but it must be logged off if the server exceeds 45 players. Using alts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
VPN Usage:
Using VPNs is discouraged as it may result in your account being flagged. If you must use a VPN, understand it is at your own risk.
Player Auctions:
Auctions must be announced 5 minutes in advance and should not overlap with server events. Follow fair bidding practices and respect auction outcomes.
No Gambling:
Organized gambling or chance-based games are not allowed unless explicitly approved for an event.
Efficient Builds:
Ensure farms and machines are efficient to minimize lag. Avoid chunk loaders and excessive entity cramming.
Chunk Limits:
Respect the limits on entities per chunk to ensure server stability. Excessive entities or inefficient builds will be removed.
Breaking The Rules:
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, bans, or other punishments. Multiple offenses will lead to harsher consequences.
Appeals:
If you believe you were unfairly punished, you may appeal through our website. Good behavior over time can reduce the length of future punishments.
